Pre-Contract Information


You are not required to use our services to pursue your Claim(s) and it is possible for you to present your Claim(s) for free, either to the company against whom you wish to complain or to the Financial Ombudsman Service. The Financial Ombudsman Service is available to all eligible complainants and provides a free alternative dispute resolution scheme for financial claims where the complainant does not agree with the decision made by the company they aI e complaining to.

What You Need to Do

  • Please read this document, including our Engagement Letter.
  • Complete the Customer Contract.
  • Where applicable, liaise with us to assist with the investigation of your Claim(s).

What We Will Do?

  • We can help you to make a claim to potentially recover interest that you have paid, with additional interest, if the loan(s) granted to you were either no affordable or not suitable given your circumstances.
  • Once we receive your written instructions, the documentation for which has been provided to you with this Agreement, we will investigate your claim by obtaining copies of any documentation from the organisation that lent money to you.
  • If we think that you may have been mis-sold any financial products, we will send you a questionnaire to complete to enable us to assess whether a claim is pursuable.
  • If we establish you have been mis-sold any financial products, we will submit a claim to the organisation. The organisation has eight weeks in which to respond to the claim (although it may take longer).
  • Where your claim is rejected by your financial service provider we may submit it to the Financial Ombudsman with your authorisation.

What We Need from You?

In order to assess if your claim has merit, we may need you to supply to us copies of all the documentation you have in your position and control. This includes all documents, including those in electronic form, that are in your possession that are relevant to the claim, and which gives objective evidence that will support your claim.

Update on Progress

  • We will keep you updated throughout the above process. We will promptly notify you of the progress and the outcome of the claim at least every once a month via SMS/Email/Letter or via the telephone.

Our Fees

Where we represent you in seeking compensation, we charge on a no win no fee basis. Our Fees are calculated on the basis of the amount of compensation paid and will be the lower charge of either the % amount or the £ amount calculated with reference to the following table:

For example, on a claim settled for £1,000, our fee would be £300.00 plus VAT. On a claim settled for £3,000 our fee would be £840.00 plus VAT and on a claim settled for £10,000 our fee would be £2,500 plus VAT.

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel our Agreement free of charge within 14 days of signing the initial Letter(s) of Authority. After 14 days, you still have the right to cancel our Agreement. After the conclusion of the cancellation period, you. can still ask us to cease providing our services at any time but we will charge you for work completed by us up to the point of cancellation. This will be charged at an hourly rate of £60 per hour or part thereof.
